Issued 2:56 AM AST 2 February 2023 An intensifying low pressure system approaching from SoutheasternQuebec will bring strong to gale force southerlies and gale
Force northwesterlies across the marine region beginning Friday
morning. An extremely cold air mass will usher in behind this low,
leading to moderate to severe freezing spray on Friday.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
All waters. Freezing spray warnings are in effect for all waters
except Laurentian Fan and Banquereau - southeastern half.
