At 6:00 PM ADT tropical storm Melissa was located near latitude 39.9
north and longitude 58.8 west. Maximum sustained winds were
Estimated at 35 knots and central pressure at 1003 MB. Melissa was
tracking eastward at 16 knots.

Outlook for the start up of the Upper Bay of Fundy lobster fishery:

Monday..Winds light increasing to southerly 10 to 15 knots in the
