By 3:00 a.m. AST Saturday high 1029 mb located south of Laurentian
Fan.

At 3:30 p.m. AST today trough located over the Great Lakes.
By 10:00 a.m. AST Saturday trough located on a line north-south
over the eastern Marine District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:18 PM AST 23 February 2018 A trough of low pressure will approach from the west tonight and then
cross the district on Saturday. Winds will increase to strong
southerlies ahead of the trough then veer to strong to near gale
force northwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Banquereau, Cabot Strait, Gulf-Magdalen, Chaleur-Miscou
and Anticosti.
