Issued 3:30 PM ADT 25 April 2024 Tonight and Friday At 3:30 p.m. ADT today departing low 998 mb located northeast of
Anticosti Island.

At 3:30 p.m. ADT today ridge located over southern Ontario.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Friday ridge located over the Gulf of Maine.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:13 PM ADT 25 April 2024 An intense low pressure system northeast of Anticosti Island will
continue to track northeastward and away from the district. Strong to
gale force westerlies over northern waters are expected in the wake
of this system. Winds will gradually diminish tonight.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Cabot Strait - northern half, Gulf - Magdalen, and Anticosti.
