Issued 3:30 PM AST 13 November 2019 Tonight and Thursday At 3:30 p.m. AST today departing cold front located on a line
northeast-southwest over the southwestern Grand Banks.

At 8:00 p.m. AST tonight high 1031 mb located over New England.
By 8:00 p.m. AST Thursday high 1034 mb located over Banquereau.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:35 PM AST 13 November 2019 A cold strong to gale force west to northwesterly flow will persist
over the district tonight. These winds will gradually diminish on
Thursday as a ridge of high pressure builds over the Maritimes.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Banquereau - northern half, Cabot Strait and all of Gulf of St
Lawrence waters.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Chaleur-Miscou and Anticosti.

Outlook for the start-up of the Southwest New Brunswick lobster
fishery.

Lfa36 tonight..Winds northwest 25 knots diminishing to 15 overnight.
Seas 1 to 2 metres.

Thursday..Winds northwest 15 becoming light early in the morning then
increasing to southwest 10 to 15 in the afternoon and south 20 in the
evening. Seas less than 1 metre.

Friday..Winds southwest 20 to 25 knots increasing to southwest 30 in
the morning. Seas 1 metre increasing to 2 in the morning and 2 to 3
in the afternoon. Choppy seas in the afternoon.

Lfa38 tonight..Winds northwest 30 knots diminishing 20 overnight.
Seas 2 metres.

Thursday..Winds north 15 becoming light early in the morning then
increasing to southwest 15 in the afternoon and southwest 20 in the
evening. Seas 1 to 2 metres subsiding to less than 1 metre in the
morning then building to 1 to 2 metres in the evening.

Friday..Winds south 25 knots increasing to southwest 30 in the
morning. Seas 1 to 2 metres increasing to 2 to 3 near noon. Choppy
seas in the afternoon.
