to Cape Cod.
By 8:00 p.m. AST Wednesday departing cold front located over
Laurentian Fan.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 7:52 PM AST 10 December 2019 A cold front associated with a low pressure system over the LabradorSea will sweep across the Gulf of St. Lawrence ushering in a cold
northwesterly flow overnight. The weakening cold front will move
across the slope waters on Wednesday. Strong to gale force
southwesterlies ahead of the front will shift to strong to gale
Force northwesterlies with a period of freezing spray over the
extreme northern waters Wednesday morning.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except for Fundy, Grand Manan, Lurcher, Browns Bank,
Northumberland Strait, and Chaleur-Miscou.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Chaleur-Miscou and Anticosti.
