Wind east 15 to 25 knots diminishing to light late this evening then increasing to west 20 to 30 after midnight. Wind increasing to west 50 to 60 early Tuesday morning then diminishing to west 25 to 35 near noon Tuesday. Wind diminishing to west 15 to 25 Tuesday afternoon.

Periods of rain changing to flurries early Tuesday morning and ending Tuesday afternoon. Fog forming this evening and dissipating after midnight. Visibility 1 mile or less in fog and as low as 1 mile in flurries.

At 3:00 p.m. EDT today intensifying low 1001 mb located over
western Quebec.
By 8:00 p.m. EDT Tuesday low 966 mb located near the Strait of
Belle Isle.
