Snow this morning with a risk of freezing rain changing to periods of rain and ending late this afternoon. Showers beginning overnight then to flurries Tuesday afternoon. Visibility 1 mile or less in precipitation.

Temperatures minus 7 rising to plus 11 Tuesday morning then falling to minus 16 Tuesday evening.
