Wind increasing to east 10 to 20 near midnight and to east 20 to 30 overnight. Wind diminishing to east 10 to 20 Monday evening.

Snow overnight and Monday. Visibility as low as 1 mile in snow.

Temperatures minus 23 rising to minus 13 Monday afternoon.
