By 8:00 p.m. AST tonight cold front located on a line
northeast-southwest over the southern Grand Banks.

At 8:00 p.m. AST tonight ridge located west of the Marine District.
By 3:30 p.m. AST Thursday ridge located over the Marine District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:42 AM AST 13 November 2019 A cold front over Banquereau will move eastward out of the district
today. Strong to gale force southerly winds ahead of the cold front
shift to strong to gale force northwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Banquereau - northern half, Laurentian Fan, Cabot Strait and
All of Gulf of St Lawrence waters.


Marine interests are also advised that a freezing spray warning is
In effect for Anticosti.

Outlook for the start-up of the Southwest New Brunswick lobster
fishery.
