At 3:00 a.m. AST Thursday intensifying low 1003 mb located over
southwestern East Scotian Slope.
By 3:30 p.m. AST Thursday low 990 mb located over southern
Banquereau.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:20 PM AST 12 November 2025 A departing low pressure system over Central Labrador will continueto track north tonight. Strong to gale force westerlies over Gulf
waters will diminish later this evening.
A second low pressure system will develop tonight over East Scotian
Slope, to lie over Banquereau by tomorrow afternoon. Strong to gale
force easterly to northerly winds will develop on the north side of
the low tomorrow afternoon.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Banquereau, Cabot Strait, Gulf - Magdalen, Chaleur - Miscou, and
Anticosti.
