Issued 3:00 AM ADT 14 April 2021 Today Tonight and Thursday At 3:00 a.m. ADT today low 995 mb located south of Laurentian Fan.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Thursday low 995 mb located south of the Grand
Banks.

At 3:00 a.m. ADT today ridge located west of the Marine District.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Thursday ridge located on a line north-south over
the central Marine District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:39 AM ADT 14 April 2021 A quasi-stationary low pressure system south of Laurentian Fan will
start to move away from the district late Thursday. Strong to gale
force north to northeast winds across the marine district will slowly
diminish as a ridge of high pressure builds into the region from the
west.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
eastern shore - eastern half, Sable, East Scotian Slope, Fourchu,
Banquereau, and Laurentian Fan.
