Lake St. ClairIssued 11:48 PM EDT 20 June 2021 Squalls with wind gusts up to 50 knots, frequent lightning, hail up to 3 centimetres and poor to very poor visibility in thunderstorms heavy at times are expected or occurring in the area.
Thunderstorms may produce squalls to 50 knots, large hail and frequent lightning tonight.
One thunderstorm is over the water near Erieau and is moving east towards Port Stanley.
A line of thunderstorms over Southeastern Michigan may cross the border over waters west of Point Pelee shortly after midnight.
Poor to very poor visibility may contribute to voyage delays and make marine navigation hazardous. Vessels without lightning protection should make their way to shore immediately. Consider delaying or postponing travel in areas under the squall warning.
