Wind diminishing to light near noon Sunday then becoming southeast 10 Sunday afternoon. Wind increasing to southeast 20 Sunday evening.

Rain and mist with a risk of thunderstorms early this morning changing to scattered showers this morning then to scattered flurries this evening and ending this evening. Visibility as low as 1 mile in mist.
