By 4:00 a.m. NDT Saturday trough located southeast of Greenland.
At 4:00 a.m. NDT Saturday approaching ridge located over western
Labrador.

Issued 9:20 AM NDT 17 April 2026 A trough of low pressure over the East Labrador Sea will track eastof the Labrador Sea today. Gale force westerlies to northwesterlies
ahead of the trough will shift to strong to gale force
northwesterlies in its wake.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
North Labrador Coast - north of Saglek and the Labrador Sea.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for the Labrador Sea.
