Wind becoming northwest 35 to 45 near noon Thursday then diminishing to northwest 25 to 35 Thursday evening.
Periods of rain. Fog patches dissipating near noon Thursday.

Marine Weather StatementIssued 9:24 AM NDT 30 September 2020 An intense low pressure system will approach from the west tonight
and Thursday. Gale to storm force east to northeasterlies will spread
over all waters tonight and shift to gale to storm force west to
southwesterlies on Thursday.
Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
the Mid Labrador Coast, North Labrador Coast, and Labrador Sea.
Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining waters.
