At 9:30 p.m. NST tonight trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over the South Labrador Sea.
By 9:30 p.m. NST Thursday trough located on a line
northwest-southeast over the East Labrador Sea.
Marine Weather StatementIssued 9:13 PM NST 2 December 2020 A trough of low pressure will move northwards over the Labrador Sea
tonight through Thursday. Strong to gale force easterlies ahead of
the trough tonight will further strengthen to gale to storm force
southeasterlies over easternmost waters on Thursday.
Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
East Labrador Sea. Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining
waters except Lake Melville and South Labrador Coast.
