By 4:00 p.m. NDT Wednesday quasi-stationary low 986 mb located
southeast of Greenland.

At 4:00 p.m. NDT today ridge located on a line north-south over
Quebec.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT Wednesday ridge located on a line
northwest-southeast over Labrador Coast.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:52 PM NDT 8 September 2026 A low pressure system east of Belle Isle Bank will continue
northeastward to lie southeast of Greenland by overnight tonight.
Strong to gale force north to northwesterlies are expected over most
waters in the wake of the low.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for the
South Labrador Coast.
