At 4:00 a.m. PST today frontal system located west of Explorer.
By 9:30 p.m. PST tonight frontal system located on a line
north-south over the offshore waters.

Issued 3:31 AM PST 4 December 2024 A Pacific frontal system will approach the offshore waters today.
Strong to gale force southeasterly winds will develop over the
northern and central waters today.
