Issued 3:46 PM PDT 25 June 2026 A low pressure system will bring gale force southerly winds to thecentral waters this evening. These winds will veer to strong
northwesterly in the wake of the low overnight.
By Friday midday the low will stall over Hecate Strait while an
approaching ridge well offshore will allow for several days of strong
to gale force northwest winds across most B.C. waters.
