Issued 9:30 PM PST 15 December 2018 Tonight and Sunday At 9:30 p.m. PST tonight frontal system located from Langara to
Cape St. James then to Explorer.
By 7:00 a.m. PST Sunday weakening frontal system located from the
North Coast to the Central Coast then to Tofino.

At 9:30 p.m. PST tonight low located west of Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PST Sunday low located northwest of Bowie.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:16 PM PST 15 December 2018 An intense frontal system is moving into the coastal waters and will
gradually make its way onto the mainland coast overnight.

Hurricane force winds will continue for parts of the northern and
central waters through tonight. Gale to storm force winds will
continue over southern waters until Sunday morning.

A low pressure centre west of Bowie will slowly drift
Northeastward on Sunday. The low will generate strong to gale force
southerlies for northern and central waters.
