Issued 4:00 AM PST 10 December 2019 Today Tonight and Wednesday At 4:00 a.m. PST today frontal system located west of Haida Gwaii.By noon PST today dissipating frontal system located on a line
north-south over Hecate Strait.
At 10:00 p.m. PST tonight frontal system located over western Bowie.
By 10:00 a.m. PST Wednesday frontal system located west of Haida
Gwaii.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:47 AM PST 10 December 2019 A frontal system will track across Haida Gwaii this morning andweaken over Hecate Strait near noon. Gale force southerlies ahead of
the front will weaken to moderate to strong westerlies in its wake.
Another frontal system will approach the offshore waters this evening
and move onto North Coast late Wednesday. Widespread southeast gales
will develop over northern and central waters this evening and
increase to southeast storm force near midnight.
