Issued 9:30 PM PDT 15 October 2019 Tonight and Wednesday At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight quasi-stationary frontal system located
on a line north-south over central Vancouver Island.

At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight frontal system located over Explorer.
By 10:30 a.m. PDT Wednesday departing frontal system located on
a line north-south over central Vancouver Island.

At 4:00 a.m. PDT Wednesday low located west of Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT Wednesday low located west of Haida Gwaii.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:12 PM PDT 15 October 2019 A frontal system stretching over Vancouver Island will remain
stationary tonight. Strong to gale force southeasterly winds will
prevail the inner South Coast waters tonight.

A trough near Haida Gwaii will depart the area this evening. The
trough will generate strong to gale force southerly
Winds to most northern waters this evening.

Another front will cross the offshore waters this evening and
approach the northern and central mainland coasts overnight then move
through the South Coast on Wednesday. Gale force southeast winds will
be generated by the front.

On Wednesday, another frontal system will cross into central and
northern waters bringing southerly gales.
