At 4:00 a.m. PST today frontal system located on a line north-south
over Bowie.
By 4:00 a.m. PST Tuesday dissipating frontal system located over
Hecate Strait.

At 10:00 a.m. PST today trough located west of Explorer.
By 4:00 p.m. PST today trough located over Explorer.

At 4:00 a.m. PST Tuesday frontal system located west of Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PST Tuesday frontal system located on a line
north-south over Bowie.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:53 AM PST 11 December 2017 A front will remain on a line north-south over west of Haida
Gwaii today. Marginal gale force southerly winds will prevail over
most central and northern waters. The front is forecast to
Intensifty tonight as it makes its way through the coast, with
Strong to gale force southeasterlies expected ahead of the frontal
passage until early Tuesday morning.

Strong to marginal gale force southeasterly winds will also develop
over parts of the inner south coastal waters this afternoon and
evening as a trough of low pressure crosses the central waters.

Another front will approach the offshore waters Tuesday morning.
Gale force southerly winds will develop over most northern waters on
Tuesday ahead of the front.
