Wind westerly 10 to 20 knots diminishing to light late this afternoon then increasing to east 10 to 20 late this evening. Wind increasing to southeast 20 to 30 late overnight and to southeast 30 to 40 early Wednesday morning. Wind increasing to southeast 40 to 50 late Wednesday morning then diminishing to westerly 25 to 35 Wednesday afternoon. Wind becoming westerly 20 to 30 Wednesday evening.

Rain changing to showers this afternoon then to rain this evening.

Issued 10:30 AM PST 14 January 2025 Today Tonight and Wednesday At 10:30 a.m. PST today departing frontal system located over the
Central Coast.

At 4:00 a.m. PST Wednesday approaching frontal system located west
of the offshore waters.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:02 AM PST 14 January 2025 A front has stalled over the Central Coast this morning maintaining
strong to gale force southerly winds over the central waters.

Overnight tonight and into Wednesday morning, another frontal system
will approach the offshore waters. Gale force southerlies will form
ahead of this system Wednesday morning. As the system moves towards
the mainland, southerly winds will increase to gale to storm force
over the northern waters in the afternoon.
