By 4:00 a.m. PDT Wednesday weakening ridge located from Explorer
to the Central Coast.

At 4:00 p.m. PDT today frontal system located over the Gulf
of Alaska.
By 4:00 a.m. PDT Wednesday cold front located over northern Bowie.

Issued 10:16 AM PDT 8 September 2026 A frontal system will bring southwesterly gale force winds to the
northern waters tonight. These gales will ease to strong
northwesterlies early Wednesday morning.
