By 10:30 a.m. PDT today departing trough located from Vancouver
Island to the Washington Coast.
By 10:30 a.m. PDT today approaching ridge located west of the
offshore waters.
At 10:30 a.m. PDT Saturday deepening low 996 mb located over
northern Bowie.
By 5:00 p.m. PDT Saturday low 992 mb located over the Alaska
panhandle.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 4:01 AM PDT 26 April 2024 An area of low pressure will approach Northern Bowie then drifttowards the Alaskan Panhandle. Ahead of the low, strong to gale force
southeasterly winds will develop over Bowie and parts of the northern
waters Saturday afternoon. In the low's wake, strong to gale force
southwesterly winds will develop over Bowie early Saturday evening.
