By 2:00 p.m. PDT Monday weakening ridge located over southern
Vancouver Island.
At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight frontal system located over Bowie.
By 7:00 a.m. PDT Monday departing frontal system located over the
North Coast.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 9:22 PM PDT 27 April 2025 A ridge of high pressure over Northern Vancouver Island will moveeastward tonight and weaken over Southern Vancouver Island early
Monday afternoon. As the ridge shifts eastward, a frontal system over
Bowie will move over the North Coast early Monday morning.
Ahead of the front, southeasterly gales over the northern offshore
waters will spread to the north and Central Coast overnight.
