At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight low 989 mb located over the Quebec Lower
By 9:30 p.m. NDT Tuesday low 994 mb located north of Groswater Bay.
Marine Weather StatementIssued 9:28 PM NDT 6 April 2020 A trough of low pressure will continue to weaken over the South
Labrador Sea tonight. Strong to gale force northerlies are expected
to the north of the trough.
A low pressure system will move over southern waters on Tuesday.
Gale force northeasterly to northwesterly winds will develop over all
open waters on Tuesday ahead of this approaching system.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Lake Melville.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for South Labrador Coast, Mid Labrador Coast, and Northwest
