Marine Weather StatementIssued 3:47 PM NDT 7 April 2020 A low pressure system northeast of Cartwright will move westward to
lie over the Mid Labrador Coast tonight and then southwestward across
Lake Melville on Wednesday. Gale force northeasterly to northwesterly
winds to the north of this system will persist through Wednesday.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Lake Melville.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for South Labrador Coast, Mid Labrador Coast, and Northwest
