Marine Weather StatementIssued 3:56 AM NDT 24 September 2020 An intensifying low pressure system over Southeastern Labrador will
move to lie over the northern half of the East Labrador Sea Friday
morning. Gale to storm force southeasterlies ahead of the system will
shift to strong to gale force west to southwesterlies today.
Winds over northwestern waters will shift to gale to storm force
northwesterlies on Friday as the low begins to track southeastwards.
Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
Northwest Labrador Sea - southern half and East Labrador Sea.
Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining waters except Lake
