Issued 4:00 AM NDT 10 April 2025 Today Tonight and Friday At 4:00 a.m. NDT today low 971 mb located south of Greenland.
By 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight departing low 980 mb located east of
Greenland.

At 4:00 a.m. NDT today trough located on a line east-west over
the Northwest Labrador Sea.
By 4:00 a.m. NDT Friday trough located on a line northeast-southwest
over the South Labrador Sea.

At 4:00 a.m. NDT today dissipating low 991 mb located south of
Ungava Bay.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 4:00 AM NDT 10 April 2025 A low pressure system south of Greenland will depart east of
Greenland later today. Gale force northwesterlies can be expected
this morning over southeastern parts of the East Labrador Sea behind
the low.

A trough of low pressure stretching east-west across northern
sections of the Labrador Sea will slowly pivot and swing
southeastward across the Labrador Sea today and tonight. Strong to
gale force southwesterlies can be expected south of the trough while
strong to gale force northwesterlies can be expected in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
East Labrador Sea - southeastern half.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for South Labrador Sea and Northwest Labrador Sea.
