Issued 4:00 AM NST 16 February 2019 Today Tonight and Sunday At 9:30 a.m. NST today low 994 mb located west of Anticosti Island.
By 9:30 a.m. NST Sunday low 982 mb located over the North Labrador
Coast.

At 4:00 a.m. NST today ridge located over Labrador Coast.
By 9:00 p.m. NST tonight ridge located east of the East Labrador
Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 5:35 AM NST 16 February 2019 A low pressure system over the Maritimes will cross Labrador on
Saturday to lie over the Northern Labrador coast on Sunday evening.
Strong to gale force winds will develop over the region with this
system on Saturday and will persist into next week as the low lingers
over the Labrador Sea.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
water except the North Labrador Coast - Saglek and south.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for the Labrador Sea.
