By 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight departing trough located on a line
northwest-southeast over central Labrador.
At 4:00 a.m. NDT today ridge located on a line north-south over
Ungava Bay.
By 4:00 a.m. NDT Sunday ridge located on a line northeast-southwest
over the Northwest Labrador Sea.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:42 AM NDT 10 April 2021 A trough of low pressure over the South Labrador Sea will continuemoving southwestward through Labrador today to lie south of the
district tonight. Strong to gale force northwesterlies over mid and
southern coastal waters will shift to strong easterlies later today
behind the trough.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
South Labrador Coast and Mid Labrador Coast.
