Issued 9:30 PM NDT 30 September 2023 Tonight and Sunday At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight trough located over northeastern Quebec.
By 9:30 p.m. NDT Sunday trough located over the East Labrador Sea
extending southward.

At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight ridge located on a line north-south over
the East Labrador Sea.
By 4:00 a.m. NDT Sunday departing ridge located east of the Marine
District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:19 PM NDT 30 September 2023 A trough of low pressure over Quebec will track eastward tonight,
emerging over the Labrador Sea Sunday morning. Moderate to strong
southeasterlies ahead of the trough will veer to strong to gale force
northwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
North Labrador Coast - north of Saglek and Northwest Labrador Sea -
western half.
