Issued 9:30 AM NST 5 December 2021 Today Tonight and Monday At 9:30 a.m. NST today low 953 mb located north of the Marine
District.
By 9:30 a.m. NST Monday low 973 mb located over Davis Strait.

At 9:30 a.m. NST Monday approaching ridge located over Labrador.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:18 AM NST 5 December 2021 An intense low pressure system north of the Labrador Sea will track
northward over the Davis Strait today through Monday while gradually
weakening. Gale to storm force westerlies will diminish to strong to
gale force as the low moves away.

Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
Northwest Labrador Sea. Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining
waters except Lake Melville.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all waters except East Labrador Sea.
