over the South Labrador Sea.
By 9:30 p.m. NST Thursday departing ridge located east of the
Marine District.

At 9:30 p.m. NST Thursday approaching low 989 mb located over the
Quebec Lower North Shore.

effect for Mid Labrador Coast, North Labrador Coast, and Northwest
Labrador Sea.
