Issued 4:00 PM NDT 31 August 2026 Tonight and Tuesday At 4:00 p.m. NDT today low 1000 mb located southeast of the South
Labrador Sea.
By 4:00 a.m. NDT Tuesday low 998 mb located south of Greenland.

At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight ridge located over Quebec.
By 9:30 p.m. NDT Tuesday ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over Labrador.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:51 PM NDT 31 August 2026 A low pressure system southeast of the Labrador Sea will continue to
slowly drift eastward to lie south of Greenland by tonight. Strong to
gale force north to northwesterlies west of the low will gradually
diminish tonight as the low weakens and departs.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for Mid
Labrador Coast - north of Hopedale.
