Issued 4:00 AM NST 18 December 2017 Today Tonight and Tuesday At 4:00 a.m. NST today quasi-stationary low 962 mb located east
of Greenland.

At 4:00 a.m. NST today ridge located on a line north-south over
Quebec.
By 4:00 a.m. NST Tuesday ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over Labrador.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:50 AM NST 18 December 2017 An intense low pressure system east of Greenland will continue to
bring strong to gale force northwesterlies to the region this
morning. Winds will diminish throughout the day on Monday as a weak
ridge builds in from the west.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
North Labrador Coast, South Labrador Sea and Northwest Labrador Sea.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all waters.
