Issued 4:00 AM NDT 21 April 2024 Today Tonight and Monday At 4:00 a.m. NDT today low 980 mb located north of the Marine
District.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT today departing low 990 mb located northeast of
Baffin Island.

At 9:30 a.m. NDT today trough located over northern Quebec.
By 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight trough located over western Labrador.

At 4:00 a.m. NDT Monday low 1000 mb located over the Quebec Lower
North Shore.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:53 AM NDT 21 April 2024 An intense low pressure system just north of the marine district will
move to lie northeast of Baffin Island today. Strong to gale force
southerlies over the East Labrador Sea will diminish this morning as
the low moves away.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for the
East Labrador Sea.
