At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over Labrador Sea.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT Wednesday departing ridge located over Greenland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:21 PM NDT 15 October 2024 A low pressure system off the Northeast Coast of Newfoundland will
move to lie over Belle Isle Bank by Wednesday morning, where it will
further intensify. Strong to gale force northerlies are expected over
southern waters Wednesday afternoon as the low deepens.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
South Labrador Sea.
