Issued 4:00 AM NDT 27 April 2024 Today Tonight and Sunday At 4:00 a.m. NDT today low 1000 mb located over the East Labrador
Sea.
By 4:00 a.m. NDT Sunday dissipating low 1005 mb located north of
the East Labrador Sea.

At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight approaching trough located over Quebec.

At 4:00 a.m. NDT today ridge located over western Labrador.
By 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight quasi-stationary ridge located on a line
northeast-southwest over Newfoundland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:52 AM NDT 27 April 2024 A low pressure system over the East Labrador Sea will weaken and
slowly track northward today. Strong to gale force southwest to
northwesterlies in the wake of the low will diminish this morning as
the low weakens.

Marine interests are advised that are gale warnings are in effect for
Northwest Labrador Sea and East Labrador Sea.

Marine interests are also advised that a freezing spray warning is in
effect for Northwest Labrador Sea.
