Issued 4:00 AM NST 17 February 2019 Today Tonight and Monday At 4:00 a.m. NST today weakening low 992 mb located over the Mid
Labrador Coast.
By 9:30 a.m. NST today dissipating low located over the North
Labrador Coast.

At 4:00 a.m. NST today intensifying trough located over
Newfoundland.
By 4:00 a.m. NST Monday low 962 mb located over Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:56 AM NST 17 February 2019 A low pressure system over the Mid Labrador Coast will move to lie
over the North Labrador Coast this morning and dissipate. Later today
an intensifying low moving northwards from Newfoundland will become
the dominant system for the remainder of the forecast period. Gale to
storm force winds are forecast for today and Monday with these
features.

Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
all waters except Lake Melville where a gale warning is in effect.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for South Labrador Sea and Northwest Labrador Sea.
