At 9:30 a.m. NDT today ridge located over Quebec.
By 9:30 a.m. NDT Wednesday ridge located from the South Labrador
Coast to the Northwest Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:23 AM NDT 18 June 2024 A trough of low pressure off the Labrador coast will intensify into a
low pressure system as it moves to lie over the East Labrador Sea by
tonight. Strong to gale force northwesterlies are expected in its
wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for Mid
Labrador Coast, North Labrador Coast, South Labrador Sea, and
Northwest Labrador Sea.
