Issued 9:30 AM NDT 25 June 2024 Today Tonight and Wednesday At 9:30 a.m. NDT today dissipating trough located over Labrador Sea.

At 9:30 a.m. NDT today building ridge located east of Newfoundland.
By 9:30 a.m. NDT Wednesday departing ridge located east of the
Marine District.

At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight trough located on a line east-west over
northern Quebec.
By 9:30 p.m. NDT Wednesday trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:26 AM NDT 25 June 2024 A trough of low pressure over Northern Quebec this evening will track
eastward into the Labrador Sea on Wednesday. Strong to gale force
south to southeasterly winds are expected ahead of the trough before
backing to strong to gale force northeast to northwesterlies in its
wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Lake Melville and South Labrador Coast.
