By 4:00 a.m. NDT Saturday departing trough located south of
Greenland.

At 4:00 p.m. NDT today ridge located over Labrador.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT Saturday ridge located on a line
northwest-southeast over the East Labrador Sea.

At 9:30 a.m. NDT Saturday approaching low 1000 mb located over
western Labrador.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:47 PM NDT 7 October 2022 A trough of low pressure will continue southeastward across the
Northern Labrador Sea tonight before departing to the east overnight.
Strong to gale force northwesterly winds will continue behind the
trough tonight.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Northwest Labrador Sea.
