Issued 9:30 AM NST 23 February 2019 Today Tonight and Sunday At 9:30 a.m. NST today intensifying trough located over Belle
Isle Bank.
By 4:00 a.m. NST Sunday trough located east of Funk Island Bank.

At 9:30 a.m. NST today ridge located over Quebec.
By 4:00 a.m. NST Sunday ridge located on a line north-south over
western Labrador.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:13 AM NST 23 February 2019 An intensifying trough of low pressure over Belle Isle Bank will
continue to move southeastwards today. Strong to gale force
northwesterlies are expected over most waters in the wake of this
feature.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Lake Melville, Mid Labrador Coast - north of Hopedale,
and North Labrador Coast - Saglek and south.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for the Labrador Sea.
