By 4:00 a.m. NDT Thursday departing low 974 mb located south
of Greenland.

At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight ridge located over southeastern Labrador.
By 4:00 a.m. NDT Thursday ridge located on a line
northwest-southeast over Labrador Sea.

At 4:00 p.m. NDT Thursday approaching trough located on a line
east-west over Newfoundland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:14 PM NDT 17 October 2018 A low pressure system east of the Labrador Sea will continue to move
away from the region tonight. Gale force north to northwesterlies
over the East Labrador Sea will diminish overnight as the low moves
away.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for the
East Labrador Sea.
