Wind northwest 15 knots diminishing to light early this morning then increasing to south 15 near noon. Wind increasing to south 20 to 25 this afternoon then diminishing to southwest 10 near midnight. Wind increasing to northwest 30 Friday morning.
Periods of light snow changing to periods of ice pellets this afternoon then to periods of freezing drizzle early this evening and ending near midnight. Periods of light snow beginning Friday morning. Visibility 1 mile or less in snow.
Temperatures minus 11 rising to zero Friday morning then falling to minus 8 Friday afternoon.
