Issued 4:00 AM PST 21 February 2019 Today Tonight and Friday At 4:00 a.m. PST today weakening ridge located over Haida Gwaii.

At 4:00 a.m. PST today frontal system located west of Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PST today frontal system located on a line
northeast-southwest over Haida Gwaii.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:57 AM PST 21 February 2019 A frontal system will move across Bowie today. Ahead of the front,
strong to gale force southerly winds will develop over the northern
waters this morning. These winds will spread to the central and
southern waters as the front moves down the BC coast tonight and
Friday.

Winds will become gale to storm force northwesterlies in the wake of
the system.
